I would like to understand the difference between “Environment total cooling [W]” and “Surface total cooling [W]”. Which one is suitable to opt for in case of a lumped thermal model? I am obtaining a flat line when considering the former in the lumped thermal model, although the cell temperature is higher than the ambient.
