Hi,
I am comparing the changes in the Nyquist plot when changing the electrode thickness with the PyBaMM calculation results and the values in the paper.
In the paper, when the electrode is thick, the semicircle in the Nyquist plot becomes larger.
However, the PyBaMM calculation results are the opposite of those in the paper.
Why do the PyBaMM calculation results not match the paper?
How can I reproduce the results of the paper?
