URGENT: SPMe model parameters during charging and discharging

I am developing an SPMe model for a 72Ah LFP battery and have conducted experiments such as C/10 CC charging and discharging. However, I am facing an issue where the model voltage does not match the experimental (true) voltage profile, during discharge. The charging profile closely matches, but there is a discrepancy in the discharge profile.

  1. Can anyone suggest which parameter should be adjusted to minimize the error in the discharge profile while ensuring that the charging profile remains unaffected?
  2. What are the parameters in the SPMe model which changes with charge and discharge ?

It’s possible that your cell exhibits hysteresis and you might not be able to match both charging and discharging profiles with the same set of parameters.

Looking at the discharge profile alone, it probably doesn’t match because of contact resistance and initialization concentrations. It’s hard to determine if it’s these parameters or something else without additional data.
